Home/Programmes and workflow packs
Delivery
Same method. Modular support.
This is shared offer architecture, not a compulsory ladder or a funnel designed to move you upward. Enter at whichever level fits — pack, workshop or bounded coaching — and stop where the value stops. The next step is always defined; none of it is required.
| # | Offer | What it is | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Developmental diagnostic | One optional entry route. Produces a self-reported developmental profile, an interpretation and a suggested next step. Not a validated test and not a required first step. | Pilot / CDR |
| 02 | DIY course or workflow pack | Self-study implementation of a defined role-specific workflow. You run the design method yourself with structured guidance. | Available Starting 1 October 2026 |
| 03 | Live implementation workshop | Do-it-with-you. You build the workflow live, using your own professional work or intellectual property, with facilitation. | Available |
| 04 | Coaching and review | Bounded support for difficult decisions, workflow failures, quality review and professional judgment. | Available |
| 05 | Licence | Institutional deployment for associations, universities, SMEs, training organisations and corporate learning functions. | Future |
| 06 | Microcredential and evidence portfolio | Assessment of demonstrated capability. Future architecture, not an available product, and never an automatic next step after a course or workshop. | Future |

Choosing
Which route actually fits.
The most common mistake is buying more support than the situation needs, and the second most common is buying less. Both waste money.
Workflow pack
Fits if: you can define your target output and its standard without help, you have time to work through it, and your main need is structure rather than judgment.
Does not fit if: you are not sure what "good" looks like for your output. Stage 1 will stall and everything after it inherits the problem.
Live workshop
Fits if: you have real work to build against and want the design decisions challenged as you make them. Also the right answer when a team needs a shared standard.
Does not fit if: you have no live project. The method tests against real work; a hypothetical produces a hypothetical workflow.
Coaching and review
Fits if: you have a workflow that mostly works and specific decisions or failures you cannot resolve alone.
Does not fit if: you want ongoing unlimited support. It is deliberately bounded — see what that means.
Still not sure? Two ways to decide
Tell us your target output and its standard and we will point you to the smallest route that fits — or register for the Benchmark, which when open will give you a baseline and a suggested next step (which can be "none of these yet — here is what to do first"). Either works; neither is required before you start. Register for the Benchmark → · Ask a question →
By pathway
What each role pathway offers today.
| Pathway | Pack | Workshop | Coaching | Licence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Authors | Available | Available | Available | Future |
| Consultants | Available | Available | Available | Future |
| Project managers | Pilot | Pilot | Pilot | Future |
| ARCHITECT (within Consultant/Author) | Available | Available | Available | Future |
| Managers and teams | In Development | Available | In Development | Future |
ARCHITECT is delivered at the intensity the knowledge needs — from self-directed packs to facilitated work — and is applied within the Consultant and Author families rather than sold as a separate ladder. How it works. Microcredentials are future across every pathway. DIY courses and workflow packs are available starting 1 October 2026.
