Manager and Team Workflow Systems
Broad tool access across a team produces broad practice variation. This pathway addresses standardisation, quality control and distributed capability, and it is honestly still being built.
The organisational problem
Most teams now have AI access. Very few have consistent workflow standards, agreed quality controls, or any way of knowing how the tools are actually being used across the group.
What this produces is not a productivity problem so much as a variance problem. Two people doing the same task produce work of genuinely different reliability, and nobody can see which is which until something goes wrong in front of a client. A usage policy does not fix this, because the issue is not permission: it is that no shared workflow standard exists to be consistent with.
What this pathway will address
An organisation does not become AI-augmented because several people use AI. It requires a coordination architecture, not an aggregate of individual scores. This pathway is being built to provide:
- A shared single source of truth for the team's core recurring outputs and workflow standards
- Explicit handoffs — human-to-human, human-to-AI and cross-role — rather than assumed coordination
- An AI-powered or AI-architected coordination layer that orchestrates work without obscuring accountable human ownership
- Agreed human–AI allocation, with role, access and decision-right controls
- Escalation ownership and stop conditions understood across the group
- Version and change control for the shared workflow
- Individual and aggregate capability evidence with privacy and minimum-group protections, so no individual is exposed through a team report
Why this says "In Development"
The individual workflow method is proven in the field first, on purpose. A team standard built on an untested individual method would be a standard built on assumption, so this pathway waits until the foundation is tested.
