Start with a scoped pilot in your own context.
A defined cohort of your members, students or staff working through the method with us, with a real evaluation at the end and no obligation on either side: evidence from your own context, which is worth far more than our description of the method. Full institutional licensing (your facilitators delivering our method at scale) is Future; we would rather run the pilot than sell you a licence for materials not yet ready to hand over.
What licensing will eventually include
- The diagnostic instrument, deployable to your cohort with aggregate reporting
- The workflow design method with facilitator guidance and session structures
- Role-specific reference workflows for the pathways relevant to your audience
- The assessment model and evidence portfolio framework
- Facilitator readiness — training and quality assurance for your own people to deliver it
- A quality wrapper your validation process can actually examine
Why it is not available yet
Licensing means handing the method to people we will not be in the room with. That requires facilitator materials good enough that delivery quality does not depend on us, an assessment model tested across enough cohorts to be reliable, and evidence of the method working in field conditions rather than in ours.
The first is partially built. The second is in pilot. The third does not exist yet, because the cohorts generating it are running now.
Selling a licence today would mean licensing an untested delivery model into your quality process. That is a bad trade for you and a reputational risk for us.

Most institutions we talk to want to jump to the last step. We would rather run step three and let you decline than skip to a licence that gets quietly shelved.

Included
A right to deliver the licensed method to your defined audience, using the supplied materials, within the agreed scope and term, with facilitator readiness and quality requirements attached.
Not included
Rights to modify the method and present it as your own, to sub-license, or to issue Edney Learn credentials outside the agreed quality process. The ARCHITECT standard is owned and governed by Edney Learn as the canonical method; its specification and controlled assets are not licensed for external delivery.
Claims your institution will need to make carefully
Any statement to members or students about capability outcomes must rest on evidence from a comparable context. Our internal method evidence and product-generation evidence cannot support outcome claims to your audience, and we will not supply copy that suggests otherwise. The evidence rules →
